Pickup day should feel ordinary. You already locked a quote online; the visit is mostly verification, paperwork and payment — usually under twenty minutes when the device matches what you described.
Before the slot, you will get a confirmation with your agent's name and photo. Keep the device charged, wiped and ready. If you are selling more than one gadget, keep them together so inspection stays in one pass.
At the door, the agent runs a quick checklist against your quote: model, storage, cosmetic condition and basic function. If everything matches, the quoted amount stands. If something differs, you see an itemised revision and can decline with zero charges.
Payment happens before the agent leaves. Choose UPI, bank transfer or cash. Most sellers see money land within about fifteen minutes of opening the door — which is the whole point of doing this at home instead of a store queue.
